Making its mark in Terengganu

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 14): The Dec 15 cover story of City & Country spotlights the Garden Bay City — an upcoming 44-acre leasehold township in Kerteh, Terengganu — by Ting Mee Group. With a gross development value of RM700 million, the township will comprise 214 landed residential units, 235 affordable housing units, 72 commercial retail lots called The Walk, a 200-bed private healthcare centre, a hotel and serviced apartments, as well as a central park.

To be officially launched in 1Q2026, its first phase will be The Walk, a commercial hub which comprises 72 two- to four-storey units with a starting price of RM1.4 million.
